Syncmirror plex failed alert reported during node reboot

Issue

The following alerts are reported in the event logs during a node reboot:
 
[Node-01: config_thread: raid.vol.mirror.degraded:alert]: Aggregate root_aggr1 is mirrored and one plex has failed. It is no longer protected by mirroring.
[Node-01: config_thread: raid.vol.mirror.degraded:alert]: Aggregate data_aggr1 is mirrored and one plex has failed. It is no longer protected by mirroring.
[Node-01: config_thread: raid.config.check.failedPlex:error]: Plex /data_aggr1/plex1 has failed.
[Node-01: config_thread: raid.config.check.failedPlex:error]: Plex /root_aggr1/plex4 has failed.[Node-01: config_thread: callhome.syncm.plex:alert]: Call home for SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED
