Issue

Headswap was performed, switchback did not work

Error messages:
diskown.ownerChangeFailed:error]: Disk ownership change request failed on disk MCC-SW1:9.126L529 (S/N WBN2F123). Reason: Failed disk.
Partner nodeB failed to update configuration due to error Sanown assign request failed.
