Issue

  • Active IQ Unified Manager generates an alert:

Switch To FC-SAS Bridge FC Link Down

  • EMS logs contain the error:

Fibre Channel FibreBridge7600N Bridge ATTO_2000001086ac1234 S/N: FB7600N123456 WWN: 2000001086ac1234 FC Port FC_PORT2 offline

  • ATTO bridge logs show repeated instances of the FC port going up and down:

  • Bridge FC port and switch port SFPs have been replaced due to CRC errors on the switch port but the issue is not resolved.
