Replaced Disk Appears in sysconfig -r as Active and Broken

Issue

After disk replacement the disk appears to be active in aggregate/spares/partner disks but also shows as broken as below:

Plex /aggr_01/plex1 (online, normal, active, pool1)
  RAID group /aggr_01/plex1/rg0 (normal, block checksums)
