Quad path changed to Multi path

Issue

The system changed from Quad Path to Multi Path after the error bellow:
iSCSI session state is changed to Reconnecting for the target iqn.2016-06.com.netapp:xxxxxxxb-edxx-xxef (type: dr_partner, address: 00.0.0.0:XXX00). Reason: no ping reply after 5 seconds.
and it does not turn back to Quad Path even after the ISCSI session was connected again
