Issue

Disk is missing over 1 path

Disk has less than the expected number of SAS paths¹(HA pair cabled for Multipath-HA shown below):

NOTE¹: For single-node (non-HA) systems with external disk shelves, systems with internal-only disk (for example AFF A200 or FAS2700), or systems cabled for Single-path only, change the path count to !2. Likewise for quad-path cabled systems (IOM12 only) change the path count to !8.

Disk has a missing path (nodeshell):
