Nodes reboot with "REBOOT (internal reboot)" after "MEDIATOR DOWN" and "SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED" alert

Issue

  • Nodes will reboot by triggering the below Autosupports

   HA Group Notification (MEDIATOR DOWN, AUSO DISABLED) ALERT
   HA Group Notification (SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED) ALERT
   HA Group Notification (REBOOT (internal reboot)) NOTICE

  • EMS logs will show the indications of mediator disconnect, transport errors, disk read reservation failure on remote drives, takeover disabled errors
