Nodes boot before healing

Issue

  • After performing NSO, when the nodes at the 'disaster' site are booted back up before bringing FCVI & cluster peering back online, the nodes boot up to ONTAP instead of requiring healing to be completed first
  • When FCVI comes back online, the systems panic and go into the correct state

Example:

A disk reservation was detected on disk FC-Sw1-A:8.126L3 at 17Apr2023 07:51:06
Ordinarily, this will only occur if the partner node has taken over.
This node will be shutdown.
HALT: HA partner has taken over disk reservations
Uptime: 9h33m16s
System rebooting...
