Issue

  • There are multiple disks failed in the two nodes:

  • The following error in EMS log:

    1/3/2022 18:43:16   FAS9000-02
    ERROR         fci.device.login.failure: A login failure has occurred between Fibre Channel adapter 2b and processor device B2_SW2_D6:10.126 (0x02060a00), with error subcode 0x703.

  • The ATTO (B2_SW2_D6:10.126L0) cannot be seen in a loop.
