Issue

  • The following errors are seen in AutoSupport:
(MULTIPLE DISKS MISSING) ERROR
(SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED) ALERT
  • EMS reports this message for all disks in the shelf:

raid.config.filesystem.disk.missing:info]: File system Disk 0m.i3.1L3 Shelf 10 Bay 14 [NETAPP X4012W123ADF1213 NA51] S/N [XXXXXXXXXXXX] UID [XXXXXXXX:XXXXXXXXXX:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000] is missing.

  • Shelf Vent logs report that both modules rebooted:

Module Reboot: Startup type 1-Cold boot (regVal:0x80)
Module Reboot: Startup type 1-Cold boot (regVal:0x80)
