Issue

Metrocluster interconnect mirror show is coming up with DR enabled offline but all other configuration shows configured and enabled
Remote cluster mirroring is offline

switchover-simulate fails with same reason

Run "metrocluster vserver show -cluster cluster-02" on both clusters to verify that "Configuration State" of all Vservers become healthy, then try the command again.

metrocluster vserver show shows the vservers are unhealthy
