Issue

  • When a disaster occurs at one MetroCluster IP site, no MAUSO occurs
  • At the unimpacted site:
    • One node halts with the following string on the console

mia_mccip_local_write_partial_fail inst side:0 stats  online_site_mbx_vote_cnt:3
success:2  failure U:0 L:0 R:2 M:1  success U:0 L:2 R:0 M:0
Uptime: 29m17s
System rebooting...

    • The HA partner goes out of quorum
    • This leads to a data service impact
