MetroCluster IP: Configure of remote node failed

Issue

Whilst trying to repurpose previously-used nodes into a MetroCluster IP, the following message is observed during the Implementing the MetroCluster configuration step
 
Example:

::> metrocluster configure -node-name ClusterB
[Job 148] Configuring Clusters
[Job 148] Job failed: Configure of remote node "ClusterA-01" in cluster "ClusterA" failed. Reason: (Found multiple DR sites). Check the hardware for errors and make sure all nodes are online, then try the command with "-refresh true". Use the "metrocluster operation show" command to view detailed error information. Resolve the errors, then try the command again.
