  • Node unable to boot
  • Console logging reporting:
    Nov 14 11:00:00 [node1:iscsi.session.stateChanged:notice]: iSCSI session state is changed to Reconnecting for the target iqn.2016-07.com.netapp:1234 (type: dr_partner, address: 10.1.1.3:65200). Reason: session login timed out.

    Reservation conflict found on this node's disks! 

    Nov 14 12:00:00 [node1:ses.status.shelfCount.info:notice]: The new shelf count is 3, the old shelf count was 6.
