Issue
Mediator add is failing when configuring with a host using an IPv6 address:
cluster::> metrocluster configuration-settings mediator add -mediator-address 1a23:4567:8901:02ab:0000:0000:0000:0000
Adding the mediator and enabling Automatic Unplanned Switchover. It may take a few minutes to complete.

Reason: (Setup "iscsictl" internal error: iscsictl: portal ([1a23:4567:8901:02ab::]) is invalid) Use the "metrocluster operation show" command to view detailed error information. Resolve the errors, then try the command again. Try the command again.
