Issue

An ISL trunk will not form and is divided into 2 separate trunks
 
Example:
FC-SW-A1:admin> islshow
  1: 41-> 41 10:00:00:00:00:00:00:00   8 FC-SW-B1                     sp:  8.000G bw: 24.000G TRUNK QOS CR_RECOV
  2: 43-> 43 10:00:00:00:00:00:00:00   8 FC-SW-B1                     sp:  8.000G bw:  8.000G TRUNK QOS CR_RECOV
