This KB describes the process for downloading firmware for Broadcom BES switches.

Note: Netapp does not provide firmware for BES switches - it has to be downloaded from Broadcom site as per the steps provided.

FOS can not be downloaded on the netapp site, because Broadcom assist portal reports serial number of switches is invalid
