False "InterclusterBrokenConnectionAlert" reported in MetroCluster systems

Issue
- The “InterclusterBrokenConnectionAlert” event is reported in the event logs after ONTAP upgrade or Switchover/Switchback operation:

Refer to the MetroCluster Disaster Recovery Guide if the peered cluster is down.Possible Effect: Communication to the peer cluster is compromised and the replication of configuration between the clusters might stop.- MetroCluster is degraded due to this alert:
