Issue

  • Error reported while adding Mediator to MetroCluster:

Failed to assign mediator mailbox disk on node "Nodename". Reason: No mediator mailbox found. Ensure that the mediator is healthy and mediator disks are connected properly to all the nodes. Use the "storage iscsi-initiator show -label mediator" and "storage disk show -container-type mediator" commands to verify that the nodes are able to discover the mediator disks, then try the command again.

Contact technical support if retry fails.
