Issue
- The following errors are reported in the event logs of a Fabric MetroCluster system:
[Node-01: slifc_intrd: fci.link.break:error]: Link break detected on Fibre Channel adapter 3c.
[Node-01: lhm_main: callhome.fc.al.link:alert]: Call home for FC-AL LINK_FAILURE (3c)
- There is no link on the affected FC port:

- Replacement of SFP/cable on switch port and node port does not resolve the issue.
- The link comes up after swapping the cable from the affected FC port to a different free port on the node.
