Brocade switch remains offline after power maintenance/outage

Issue

After planned electrical maintenance or power outage, a Brocade MetroCluster switch  did not come back online.

01/10/2026-00:52:05,PowerCycle
01/10/2026-00:42:58,PowerCycle
01/10/2026-00:45:07,PowerCycle.
FabricOS has detected frequent switch reboot condition.
The switch has been disabled as a preventive action.
If the switch reboots again, Rolling Reboot Detection will halt the switch from loading FabricOS.
Please use 'switchcfgpersistentenable' to enable the switch, once the problem is resolved
