Issue

  • Health monitor alert is seen in event logs:

Tue Sep 00 14:55:21 +0000 [Node-01: schmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert , Alerting Resource = 20000010XXXXXX0 raised by monitor system-connect
Tue Sep 00 14:57:03 +0000 [Node-01: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process schm: StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert[20000010XXXXXX0]

  • System health alert shows:

"ATTO_XX.XX.X.XX" bridge is not reachable over management network.

  • Bridge monitor status is seen as an "error":
