Answer

The following are descriptions of the -backoff-level state and their behavior:

  • high: This is the default value for this option. The back-off implementation will apply on this relationship as is.
  • medium: This value indicates that the relationship will effectively back-off by 50% of the true back-off implementation.
  • none: This value indicates that the back-off implementation will not apply to this relationship.
