Issue

SnapMirror global throttling setting is enabled via CLI but appears as disabled in Autosupport options log.
 
CLI:

Cluster::> options -option-name replication.throttle.enable

SVM
replication.throttle.enable       on

Options log:

replication.throttle.enable  off
