Issue

  • SnapMirror file restore (SFR), using the snapmirror restore command, fails with errors such as:

 
SnapMirror WAFL is running very low on memory
SnapMirror replication transfer encountered an out-of-memory error.

 
  • The snapmirror restore command starts and runs for a period of time, but eventually fails with memory-related errors, and the file is not restored.
  • Subsequent attempts fail with the same errors.
