CONTAP-442977: ONTAP System Manager: Cannot Connect to Active IQ
Issue
ONTAP System Manager to Active IQ (AIQ) link fails approximately one hour after successful registration. As a result, the Capacity section on the dashboard reports "Unable to reach https://activeiq.netapp.com to view capacity history. Verify your network.
" and the AIQ card on the Cluster settings page shows "Cannot Connect to Active IQ
".
If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps below to re-establish the connection between System Manager and Active IQ:
- Go to the Cluster -> Settings in the System Manager.
- Click on the Settings (gear) icon next to the Active IQ Registration card.
- Re-register to link System Manager with Active IQ.
