Tiered snapshot data is not reclaimed after deleting snapshots

Issue

  • A volume with the snapshot-only  tiering policy has over 27.5TB tiered to the FabricPool bucket.
  • Looking at the snapshot used space, the volume has less than 300GB of snapshots:
