Applies to

  • NetApp XCP NFS 1.9.x
  • XCP NFS file migrations
  • Linux XCP host

Description

Use this procedure to divide a large XCP NFS migration into smaller, independently tracked jobs. Smaller partitions make scheduling, monitoring, retry, verification, and cutover planning easier.

Note: Use the source path as the partition boundary whenever possible. Use -match or -exclude only after validating the selection with xcp scan.
