Unable to recover all Flex Array disks after an outage of E-Series

Issue

  • Some disks are shown as failed from the disk show command and FDR(failed disk registry) in autosupport after recovering from the outage on the back-end. Sysconfig command does not show any failed disks

Errors:
This disk is in a failed state with the outage reason "failed". The Disk needs to be removed and replaced.

  • But when you try to unfail the disk, it is not shown as failed
