Unable to recover all Flex Array disks after an outage of E-Series

Issue
- Some disks are shown as failed from the
disk show
command and FDR(failed disk registry) in autosupport after recovering from the outage on the back-end.Sysconfig
command does not show any failed disks.

This disk is in a failed state with the outage reason "failed". The Disk needs to be removed and replaced.
- But when you try to unfail the disk, it is not shown as failed
