Issue

  • lun geometry is not showing tracks per cyclinder as per older codes prior to 9.5:

  • VMware Datastore size is not in whole numbers, ex 200.453 GB
  • Tracks per cylinder will not be displayed , as CHS(cyclinder head setor) is not used any more
  • All currently supported hosts use partitioning schemes that are 4K aligned and do not use CHS (Cylinder Head Sector) style addressing.
  • NVMe namespaces do not have any definition of legacy disk geometry and is inherently geometry free
