Unable to create filesystem on XCP host

Issue

  • LUN is visible on the host
  • Getting below error on the XCP host , while trying to filesystem:

Partition 1 of type Linux and of size 2 TiB is set  
Command (m for help): w
The partition table has been altered! 
Calling ioctl() to re-read partition table. 
Error closing file

  • Getting below error on the XCP host , while trying to create SR(Storage Repository):
