Issue
- Frequent SRAM dumps on multiple ports causing disconnects on Esxi host.

- Replacing cable and SFP on ONTAP ports does not fix the issue.
- The SFPs are of optimal power on switch and ONTAP:
RXPower: -0.8 dBm (827.5uW)
TXPower: -0.1 dBm (983.4 uW)
