Issue

  • NVMe/FC LUNs are missing after a HBA card is replaced on a Windows 2019 SQL Server
  • On ONTAP cluster, LUNs are online and mapped and no issues are found
  • LUNs are showing as grayed out in the Windows Server's Device Manager > Hidden Devices
