Issue

  • Virtual machines become very sluggish causing application instability.
  • Seeing the following message in Failover Cluster Manager:

Cluster Shared Volume 'CSV_Name' (CSV_Name) has entered a pause state because of 'STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT (c00000b5).
