Issue

Sustained RX discards, bus overruns, and “no buffer” events observed on multiple 10GbE data ports across both nodes of the cluster, with the issue consistently more severe on one node.
No physical or switch-side errors are present. The issue correlates with high packets-per-second (PPS) rates, especially during iSCSI activity.
