FC Datastores access issues causing application hangs

Issue

During a cable swap change in the environment, multiple access issues were seen with the host side applications and hangs that required host reboots to remedy.

After host reboots, multiple initiators were showing as Not Logged in to the storage cluster via System Manager, despite having successful access.
