Excessive port errors and FC connectivity issues

  • Increasing port error counters within a few hours with porterrshow
  • All ports show "Fault" and "No_Sync" state  with switchshow
  • After switch reboot everything is working for sometime
  • No changes for example firmware updates to end devices
  • In errdump -a  we see CHASSIS, ERROR, Brocade300, S0,Px: Port Fault: Hard 0 against all ports
