Abort command issued on host due to faulty switch-side SFP

Issue

  • Oracle Linux server issuing command aborts:
kernel: qla2xxx [0000:3b:00.1]-801c:2: Abort command issued (rc 0) nexus=2:3:20 -- 2002
  • EMS logs shows out-of-order frames (Ext_Status 0x1d) and aborts (Ext_Status 0x16) on adapters connected to one fabric:
