  • Below steps can be followed to isolate the issue :
    • Unplug the cable on the affected port.
    • Clean the cable and both end SFPs to remove any dust particles.
    • Ensure there are no loose connections between switches and storage.
    • Reseat the cable and repeat the process for the patch panel if present.
    • Perform cable testing and monitor the Rx and Tx values on the adapter port.
    • If the issue persists after cable testing, refer solution section.
