  • A kernel crash (Purple Screen of Death, PSOD) may occur on ESXi 8.0U3 hosts configured with NVMe/TCP and SnapMirror active sync relationships on an NVMe namespace, when the Consistency Group (CG) transitions into an Out-of-Sync (OOS) state.
  • The CG may enter the OOS state through various workflows, such as Automatic Unplanned Failover (AUFO) or Inter-Cluster connectivity disruptions.
