Issue

  • After MetroCluster switchover, iSCSI initiators fail to login due to failing CHAP authentication:
    ISCSI: Authentication failed for initiator iqn.1998-01.com.vmware:host01

  • Authentication works again after switchback
  • CHAP password set with
    iscsi security create
