Issue

  • ONTAP LUN disappeared after LUN move and release of the base snapshot for the consistency group
  • LUN was part of a SnapMirror relationship or SnapMirror Active sync ( SM-as) consistency group that was deleted
  • MPIO device number  -1 unknown 
  • Microsoft MPIO event id 47 after LUN migration using snapmirror 
  • Windows MPIO error SCSI disk "currently this hardware device not connected to the computer code 45"
