Upgrading a cluster from ONTAP 9.9.1 and prior versions to ONTAP 9.11.1P1 and later releases might result in Windows logging one or more warning event 152, "The logical block provisioning type for Disk has changed".  The the occurrences of these warning events may coincide with when the cluster upgrade completed, despite no changes to the LUN provisioning status.during upgrade.
