Issue

  • Cannot delete an ONTAP S3 bucket
  • When attempting to, the following error is encountered:

::> vserver object-store-server bucket delete -vserver svm_name -bucket bucket_name

object-store-server bucket delete -vserver s3 -bucket bucket-name[Job 101202] Waiting to reclaim the freed up space. Error:command failed: [Job 101202] Job failed: Timeout while waiting to reclaim the freed up space. Wait a few minutes and try theoperation again., Object store bucket policy statements are deleted during the failure of bucket deletion job for bucket"bucket-name" on Vserver "s3".
