secd.ldap.noServers emergency events after CIFS Server removal on SVM

Issue
- After deleting the CIFS server from an SVM, the following emergency-level EMS events are repeatedly generated:
secd.ldap.noServers: None of the LDAP servers configured for Vserver are currently accessible via the network for LDAP service type (Service: LDAP(NIS & NameMapping), Operation: CheckLDAPConfig)- LDAP connectivity checks show errors such as:
::> vserver services name-service ldap check -vserver <vserver_name> Vserver: <vserver_name>Client Configuration Name: <config_name> LDAP Status: down LDAP Status Details: Error: Validate the Ldap configuration procedure failed ... [42] Unable to connect to LDAP(NIS & NameMapping) service on <dc_fqdn> [42] CIFS server is not available even though -bind-as-cifs-server is set.- Attempts to modify the LDAP client configuration (Example: setting ‘Bind using CIFS credentials’ to false or specifying a Bind DN) result in:
Error: command failed: Validation of Base DN specified in the LDAP client configuration failed. Reason: bind-dn is invalid or bind credentials are invalid.
