Why is there a file named Open Notebook found in every directory

Answer
- OneNote notebook file (.one) and the table of contents file (.onetoc(1)(2)) are in the root of the share or the top most directory
- When the notebook is opened, the table of contents file is created in every directory under in the same directory as the notebook file and the table of contents file
- To work around the condition, move the OneNote notebook file and the table of contents file to it's own directory
