- After changing the domain user account / password in Active Directory, should change the password on both of ONTAP Antivirus Connector & vscan application side.
- For the ONTAP AV Connector service on the Vscan server:
Run the "Services" -> right click ONTAP AV connector service -> click log on tab -> enter the new account/password.
- For Vscan application specific processes: Vscan partner solutions (netapp.com)
