Issue

  • ONTAP reports Nblade.vscanNoScannerConn in EMS for one or more Vscan-enabled SVMs
  • ONTAP Antivirus Connector is configured for the cluster management LIF to poll available data LIFs
  • ONTAP Antivirus Connector logs show the following:

2025-02-12T11:36:45.000214Z Issuing REST API network query to 10.11.12.13 for LIF discovery.
2025-02-12T11:36:50.000465Z Curl request to 10.11.12.13 failed with http error code 401
2025-02-12T11:36:50.000480Z Error 22: HTTP response code said error

  • ONTAP APACHE-ERROR logs (APACHE-ERROR.GZ in AutoSupport bundles) show the following errors:
