Issue

  • Varonis Fpolicy is unable to access ONTAP SMB share, logging:
    • Unable to detect domain of server CIFSVARONISLIF. Please make sure the server is accessible and properly configured
  • Packet trace shows that Varonis is sending NTLM authentication request to ONTAP's TCP port 135 instead of port 445
