Issue

  • Cannot start a Windows service executable that is located on a CIFS Share
  • Windows Event ID 7000: Error indicates the path is not found when trying to launch the service :

  • Service installed with a specific installation user
  • Sectrace filter for the vserver indicates permission denied for the user executing the service.
